The extruder is equipped with a longer screw for effective degassing, ensuring maximum process stability even for 'melt blown' materials.

Efficient Recycling Process with SIKOREX

Nonwoven material is fed directly from the winder or unwind stand, taken up, and melted in the extruder. An integrated pressure sensor monitors the process, and a screen changer ensures efficient filtration. The system allows setting a controlled return rate and includes a purge hole for easy startup, while an integrated check valve prevents the return of the melt to the extruder.

Wide Applications in the Nonwoven Material Industry

SIKOPLAST's SIKOREX is specially designed for the nonwoven and PE/PP film industry. It can process SMS materials with high Melt Flow Index values and 100% 'melt blown' content, ensuring process stability. It also allows for the direct reintroduction of production residues in the form of melt into the production facility.
