Efficient Integration into the Production Process

The HYBRID system includes a cyclone granulator capable of both automatic and manual feeding, along with a silo for storing granulated material. It features fill-level sensors that automatically adjust granulating speed, saving energy and maintaining quality in the production process.

Operation of the HYBRID System

Material is pre-shredded, transported to the extruder's silo, where an agitator ensures uniform feeding. The material is then melted in the extruder, passes through a filter, and into the pelletizing head, where it is transformed into pellets and dried. The final granulate is then stored in a suitable container.

Broad Applications and Maximum Efficiency

Designed for the nonwoven and PE/PP film industry, the HYBRID system efficiently processes SMS materials with high Melt Flow Index values and 100% 'melt blown' content. It offers the possibility of direct reintroduction of production waste as molten material, supporting feed speeds of up to 1,500 m/min, making it ideal for upgrading existing installations.

Advantages of the HYBRID System

The system's performance varies from 30 kg/hour to 250 kg/hour per extruder, with variable material feeding options. It can process materials up to 4.2 m in width, and edge trims can be fed at speeds of up to 1,500 m/min. The HYBRID system eliminates the intermediate pelletizing step, integrating completely into the production process. A melt transport pump ensures a consistent and controlled melt flow, and an integrated screen changer removes contaminants. Compared to traditional pelletizing systems, HYBRID reduces energy consumption by half and maintains the quality of the polymer without thermal stress or precompression.
