Detailed Recycling and Washing Process

Pre-sorted and baled PET bottles are individually separated, then shredded into flakes in a wet granulator. The shredded material undergoes an intensive friction cleaning process, removing labels and adhesives. Pneumatic separation eliminates remaining contaminants, and in the flotation tank, PET flakes are separated from PE/PP caps based on density. For enhanced purity, a hot water washing machine and NaOH can be added. The cleaned flakes are dried, crystallized, and prepared for subsequent use.

The motors are energy-efficient, with consumption reduced in some cases to 0.4 kW/kg.
